چکیده
Araştırmanın amacı, eğitim politikalarının öğretmenlerin mesleki işlevine yönelik varsayımları üzerindeki rolünün incelenmesi ve görüşleri belirlenerek çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Araştırma deseni olarak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim kullanılmıştır. grubunu devlet okulu olan ilkokul ortaokul kademelerinde görev alan 25 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. örnekleminin belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi verileri içerik analizi yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. bulgularına göre, öğretmenliğin işlevlerine varsayımlarının nedenlerine ilişkin temalardan en çok “mesleğin değeri” teması öne çıkmıştır. Eğitim politikalarına görüşlerine “insan kaynağına politikalar” belirtilmiştir. Öğretmenliğin üzerinde “eğitim olumsuz rolü” vurgulanmaktadır. politikaları açısından varsayımlara katkı sağlayacak önerilerde “meslek odaklı düzenlemeler” ön plana
